Health and Wellness Coaching:

I offer tailored coaching packages spanning 4 or 6 months, which are designed to inspire clients to achieve their health and mindset objectives. Throughout our journey together, clients receive dedicated time, unwavering support, and invaluable education to address various health goals, overcome mindset hurdles, and cultivate habits that foster lasting, sustainable results. Topics can include nutrition, sleep, movement, managing stress, sleep and mindset. Each package commences with a comprehensive one-hour goal-setting session, laying the foundation for transformative change. ​Coaching sessions are primarily conducted via phone or Zoom for convenience; ensuring clients can participate from anywhere. After each session, clients receive a detailed written summary for reference and clarity. Additionally, I extend text support between sessions, fostering continuous progress and addressing any emerging concerns promptly. In addition to my passion for health and wellness coaching, I am thrilled to offer High Performance Coaching to clients. As a Certified High-Performance Coach, I often get asked, “What exactly is that?” The excitement I feel when talking about High-Performance Coaching is immense because I have personally experienced its transformative power—first as a client and now as a certified coach.

When I initially embarked on my high-performance coaching journey, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I felt a strong pull towards it. Through weekly sessions with my coach, I gained remarkable clarity, self-awareness and a renewed enthusiasm for what matters most to me. The profound impact of this experience inspired me to become certified as a High-Performance Coach myself. Now, I have the privilege of applying and sharing these insights daily, in my life, with friends and with clients.
