I’m Lucy Buckner, a Certified High Performance Coach, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, yoga instructor, health educator and triathlete who is passionate about helping others achieve greater clarity,  health, vitality and well-being. Together, we can explore lifestyle, mindset, and small changes that can yield big results. My approach is personalized and holistic, taking into account all aspects of your life. My Story

I was an active and happy child but frequently sick, resulting in a steady regimen of antibiotics for years. My diet consisted of too much sugar and starchy foods and my immune system broke down. In my twenties I developed several auto-immune diseases that left me overwhelmed with fatigue and illness. Looking back, this time in my life was a gift: it prompted me to want to learn everything I could about how to create and enjoy vibrant health.

In the forty years since my diagnoses, I have transformed my health. Each decade I gained more vitality and knowledge.  While enjoying my 30-plus years of executive work in the health and wellness field, I chose to also pursue health and wellness coaching. Coaching has been both a privilege and a calling.  I have learned about the importance of mindset, mindfulness, stillness and letting go of “perfection”. I grew to understand that we are all so unique that one model, approach, type of exercise or food choice is not right for everyone. Instead, it is important to identify what good health looks like for each of us and tailor a lifestyle and routine that meets our needs and goals. It brings me great joy to continue learning and sharing information with others so that they too can enjoy vibrant health.

Beginning in my 50th year, I became an avid endurance athlete, fell in love with the sport of triathlon and worked my way to becoming an Ironman All World Athlete. Through years of study,  I was able to adopt nutritional, mindset, lifestyle and longevity changes that gave me the gift of vibrant health and joyful living. Has every day been easy? No! I’ve endured countless injuries and setbacks, and yet they always teach me something new and positive as I continue on my life’s adventure.

What I know now: each decade of my life, I redefine what good (and realistic) health means to me. As our bodies change with time (and trust me, they do!) we are given an invitation to re-evaluate priorities and goals, including our day-to-day well-being. My journey has led me to be passionate about what I call a longevity lifestyle. We all deserve to age well, which starts with living well, one day at a time. My mission is to teach, inspire and encourage others to feel wonderful in the one body they have for life.
